Heavily influenced by the Gothic era and The Blair Witch Project, Macbeth at NBPAC resembled “a horror movie on stage.” In Director Cameron Knight’s vision of the coven, Eileen played the youngest and the boldest of the four witches who planned and enacted all of Macbeth’s reckonings.

Jan 23: Komedy θf Σrrors
Eileen spent the third year of her training with her company at Shakespeare’s Globe in London, where they studied the classical text in depth and performed in Director Lo Feliciani Ojeda’s Komedy θf Σrrors. In this modern interpretation of the Bard’s classic comedy, Eileen performed as Balthasar, the fratority leader at the University of Ephesus.

Mar 22: The Little Green Birdie
In this fantasied dream of Carlo Gozzi’s The Green Bird, Eileen worked with dramaturg and director Christopher Cartmill to explore the different layers of Ninetta—the imprisoned queen—beyond the surface of “a damsel in distress.”

Oct 21: Smart People
Smart People marked Eileen’s college acting debut, in which she played Ginny Yang, a psychology professor engaged in the delicious debate between race and identity. This play holds a special place in Eileen’s heart till this day, for its humorous yet provocative approach to the deeply rooted, extremely nuanced political issues in America.
