Heavily influenced by the Gothic era and The Blair Witch Project, Macbeth at NBPAC resembled “a horror movie on stage.” In Director Cameron Knight’s vision of the coven, Eileen played the youngest and the boldest of the four witches who planned and enacted all of Macbeth’s reckonings. With the help from movement specialist Danielle Liccardo-Massood, Eileen engaged in the character’s physicality through animal work. In addition, Eileen made satisfying explorations regarding stage combat thanks to Susana Montoya Quinchia.
